People very nice and accomodating. Interesting layout. Quaint. It was available on short notice. Great for young travelers.

No ocean view as advertised. Approach to hotel not appealing. Lots of steps. Don't go if not in good shape.

Separate rooms, delicious and sensational breakfast. Absolutely breathtaking views of sea and surrounding rain forest and an exclusive design. The pool area is clean too. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Ideal location in the very nice area, so close to the Port and shops and restaurants.

The hotel was short walk to the town of Quepos and Manuel Antonio park thanks to its absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location. Furthermore, to the beautiful beaches of Manuel Antonio. Got brand-new room with amazing views, the patio plus king size bed - always come in handy.

central oasis for exploring good nearby parks and beaches

I really enjoyed my stay, especially because of how convenient it was to access great places like Nahomi Park, just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, and the fine Playa Espadilla Sur, only about 1.5 km from the hotel. The gorgeous views and wildlife really made my mornings nice.

we experienced many species of monkeys and colorful birds on our balcony. the air conditioning made loud noises at night, disrupting sleep.

Staying at the Toucan Suite with my family was lovely. The amazing views let us enjoy both the ocean and jungle, while the wildlife visits from monkeys and parrots made it even more special. Morning breakfasts were delicious, with fresh Tico fare.

My kids wished for more direct beach access.

The location of Boutique Hotel Las Cascadas is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and an ideal setting close to nature. The Honeymoon Dome offered a unique experience, surrounded by treetops and the sounds of wildlife. Service from the family-run team was really good, guiding us on local excursions and dining options, which greatly enhanced our visit.

Some ongoing improvements were evident, including a cluttered environment.

The views from the Toucan Suite were amazing, offering glimpses of both the ocean and exotic wildlife like monkeys and macaws right from the room. Breakfast options included a good traditional Tico fare, quick and delicious enough to take on our morning excursions. The family-run atmosphere. Access to the suite involved navigating steep inclines, which might be challenging for some. While the hotel grounds were lovely, they could benefit from more lighting at night to enhance safety.

Couldn't recommend more for a transient stop

Beautiful hotel, comfortable ambience, and the views from our Toucan Suite included both vibrant wildlife visits and amazing sunsets that we enjoyed while sipping coffee on our balcony each morning.
